The Post is built around one simple idea: cannabis retail shouldn't be rushed or impersonal. As a licensed medical cannabis dispensary near Bowling Green, our staff takes the time to answer real questions and help you choose what works best for you. User-friendly self-service kiosks are there when you're ready to check out, and loyalty points on every purchase add up the more often you visit. With shelves stocked with lab-tested, quality flower, vapes, edibles, and concentrates, it's easy to see why Warren County patients keep making the drive to Beaver Dam.
One highway leads most of the way for Bowling Green dispensary shoppers headed to Beaver Dam: I-165, with Morgantown roughly at the midpoint.
A former U.S. post office might not sound like the setting for a medical cannabis dispensary, but that's exactly what greets first-time visitors at The Post. This Beaver Dam building was commissioned during President Kennedy's administration, and that piece of history still shapes how the store operates today: unhurried, personal, and genuinely community-minded. It's a different pace than what you might expect coming from Kentucky's third-largest city, but it's one that grows on you fast.
Self-service kiosks keep checkout simple, and staff stays close enough at hand to help without hovering. There's no lobby to wait in and no pressure to rush, whether you're navigating the medical card process for the first time or you've done this many times before.
Everyday fair pricing and an ongoing loyalty program mean the trip to this Bowling Green dispensary destination pays off with every visit, not just the first. Patients from across Warren County keep finding their way back, and it usually takes just one visit to understand why.
Four categories fill out the shelves here: flower, vapes, edibles, and concentrates, each offering its own path to what works for you. Darkhorse remains a brand flower shoppers request by name, while Alchemy cartridges give vape patients a consistent option to rely on. If you're new to any of it, our staff is glad to walk through the choices with you.
The Post sources everything we carry from licensed Kentucky cultivators and processors rather than growing its own or offering a house brand. Lab testing follows every product through that supply chain, keeping quality steady across the board. It's part of what makes this a dispensary Bowling Green patients keep returning to, no matter which category they’re interested in.
Payment is about as simple as it gets. We accept credit cards, debit cards, cash, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, and we have an on-site ATM if you need it.
Loyalty rewards, rotating deals, and a standing discount for those who've served: here's what keeps a Bowling Green dispensary regular coming back.
Bowling Green built its reputation on Corvettes and college life, and there's plenty more to round out a visit beyond those two claims to fame. History buffs can dig into the city's railroad and pre-Civil War past, art and nature lovers have a downtown theater and a sprawling arboretum to explore, and anyone hungry after a day of sightseeing will find no shortage of good food nearby. Here's a rundown of some of our favorites.
Nobody here is trying to upsell you or rush you into a decision. Staff genuinely want to help you find what fits, and the loyalty program rewards you for coming back. We're proud to serve our Kentucky medical cannabis community, and that's really The Post’s philosophy in a nutshell.
I-165 North is the main route, running all the way to Exit 33 before US-231 North takes over for the final stretch into Beaver Dam. The Post sits at 300 N Main St, right along that last leg of the drive. It's a route plenty of Warren County patients already know well, especially anyone seeking a dispensary near Bowling Green that’s well worth the trip.
Our doors are open 10 AM- 6 PM EVERY DAY. For holiday hours, check our Google listing or contact us directly before heading out.

Registered patients can purchase and possess up to a 30-day supply of medical cannabis at a time. By law, a 30-day supply is defined as up to 112 grams of flower (about 4 ounces), 28 grams of concentrate, or 3,900 mg of THC in edibles, oils, or other products. Dispensaries will ensure you do not exceed these amounts.
If you’re an out-of-state visiting patient with a Kentucky temporary card, your limit is a 10-day supply (about 37.5 g of flower, 9.5 g of concentrate, or 1,300 mg of THC in products) per purchase period. Caregivers may purchase a 30-day supply for each patient under their care. Ointments, soaps, lotions, and other topical agents do not count toward the 30-day or 10-day supply limits.
No. In Kentucky, medical cannabis is not subject to state or local sales taxes, so the price you see is the price you'll pay at checkout.
We accept credit cards, debit cards, cash, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, and we also have an on-site ATM for added convenience.
We carry a broad lineup of state-approved medical cannabis products, including cannabis flower, edibles, oils, tinctures, vape cartridges, and concentrates. All products are lab-tested and properly packaged. Keep in mind Kentucky’s regulations: flower is available for vaporization use only; it will be labeled “not for smoking” because smoking cannabis is not allowed under state law. Edibles, tinctures, and oils provide smoke-free consumption options, and vape products are available (but only to cardholders 18 or older per Kentucky law). Our knowledgeable consultants are happy to explain each product type and help you choose the best option for your needs.
Kentucky law limits cannabis use to private property, typically your own home. Public consumption isn't permitted anywhere in the state, including dispensary property, so it’s best to wait until you’re back at home to use your medicine.
Not yet. We don’t currently offer cannabis delivery, but you can place an order online for express in-store pickup and save time on your next visit.
